C) legal/ethical issues
copyright infringement - when you use content that you don't have the rights/permission to use.
prevent it by getting permission for the content
Consequences - sued by the owner, arrested, banned from distributing content you make
ethical
offensive material- racism, sexual content, strong language, violence, use of drugs - refers to a passive audience
inappropriate depending on the age certificate of the film
sensationalism- making something bad/dangerous is made to look good
censorship- removing/re editing the content that is not appropriate
